Caption, listing description and highlight requests send entered text to our AI service through Vercel AI Gateway. Optional photo recommendations send small image copies. Feature-sheet text extraction happens on your device. Reading image or scanned feature sheets sends reduced page images to AI for transcription. Audio notes are prepared on your device, then sent to the AI transcription service only when you select Transcribe audio. Only the resulting text saves with the project; original audio is temporary unless you download it. Microphone recording starts only after you choose Record voice note and allow access. Review the extracted text. Normal graphics and HEIC conversion happen on your device.
Listing import retrieves public SERHANT. and Garayteam.com property pages and authorized listing photos. Zillow links are matched by address to Garayteam.com listings; GTG does not retrieve Zillow pages. If no verified match is found, use a direct property link or paste the listing description. Review all imported facts and only use photography you have permission to publish.
Limits: 15 photos per project, 25 MB per photo, 60 megapixels, 150 MB total photos. Saved design history retains up to three batches within 32 MB. Device storage may impose a lower limit. Server requests are limited to 10 per minute per IP and region. AI processing is bounded and may be temporarily unavailable.
Listing sources: 3 files up to 10 MB each; PDFs up to 8 pages (4 scanned pages). Up to 24,000 combined source characters. Audio: up to 5 minutes and 10 MB per clip, processed in parts up to 60 seconds. Only extracted text is saved with the project; original feature-sheet files are not retained. No information is published automatically. Review your facts and wording before posting.
